Loreon. Start a project

About

A team built to
deliver, not to
advise.

Loreon Technologies Limited is a technology company headquartered in Abuja, working with clients worldwide across software engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning and analytics, with a delivery process our clients can inspect and our people are trained on.

Origin

Why we
started.

Loreon exists to solve real business problems with technology.

The company was incorporated in August 2024 by directors who had spent their careers on the technical side of that work: building the software, modelling the data, and putting the results in front of people who had to make decisions with them.

We kept the structure deliberately small. Engagements are led at director level, and we bring in specialists from our network when a project needs depth we do not carry ourselves. The people who scope your problem stay with it through delivery.

Training grew out of a need to mentor and empower more people working in the industry. That became Loreon Academy, and capability transfer is now part of how we close a project as well.

Mission & vision

What we are
aiming at.

Mission

To empower organisations with software and technology that measurably improves how they operate, using artificial intelligence, machine learning and analytics to solve real business problems, in solutions that stay secure, scalable and centred on the people who use them.

Vision

To be a leading global provider of AI-driven software and data expertise: a world where businesses operate intelligently, decisions are guided by evidence, and capable teams anywhere can compete with confidence.

Values

Four things
we hold to.

Stated as operating rules rather than words on a wall. Each one costs us something, which is how you know we mean it.

01 · Innovation

Progress over precedent

We keep current with emerging technology deliberately, and we apply it where it earns its place, not because it is new.

02 · Customer success

Aligned to your goal, not ours

Technology decisions follow business objectives. If the data cannot answer the question, or a project is not worth its cost, we say so in week one rather than month four.

03 · Integrity

Ethical from concept to delivery

Clear data handling, honest reporting of what a model can and cannot do, and no undocumented cleverness left behind for someone else to untangle.

04 · Excellence

Scope small, finish fully

We would rather deliver one thing completely, tested, documented, deployed, rather than four things that are each nearly ready.

Leadership

The people
accountable.

The people who set the standards Loreon delivers against, and who you deal with directly on an engagement.

Arowolo Damilola Emmanuel of Loreon Technologies

Arowolo Damilola Emmanuel

AI Solutions Expert, Data Scientist

Nigeria

AI solutions expert and data scientist. Founded Loreon Technologies in August 2024 and leads its technical direction.

Works across the full data stack: the pipelines and warehouse underneath, the modelling on top, and the reporting people actually make decisions from. Senior across data engineering, analytics and machine learning, which is why a Loreon project rarely needs handing between specialists.

Also leads mentorship at Loreon Academy.

Arowolo Ileri of Loreon Technologies

Arowolo Ileri

DevOps, Security & Cloud Expert

Nigeria

DevOps, security and cloud specialist. Co-founded Loreon Technologies and owns the infrastructure its software runs on: provisioning, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and the access and security controls around them.

The reason a system stays up, stays patched, and stays reachable only by the people who should reach it.

Adebajo Abimbola Solomon of Loreon Technologies

Adebajo Abimbola Solomon

Project Manager, Client Relations

United Kingdom

Runs delivery and the client relationship: scope, sequencing, timelines and the review cadence each project is held to.

The point of contact from first conversation through to handover, and the person who keeps a build on plan once it is underway.

Fashola Dare Abayomi of Loreon Technologies

Fashola Dare Abayomi

Business Analyst, Marketing & Expansion

United Kingdom

Translates what a client is trying to achieve into requirements the team can build against, and shapes how Loreon presents that work to the market.

Works across both sides of an engagement: the analysis that decides what gets built, and the positioning that brings the next one in.

How a project is staffed

Leadership

Director-led

You work directly with leadership rather than an account manager. Which directors are involved depends on what the project needs.

When needed

Specialist network

For depth we do not carry ourselves, or for volume, we bring in engineers, analysts and designers we have worked with before and can vouch for.

Deliberate

Small on purpose

A small senior team is why there is no junior bench and no account manager between you and the people building your system.

We will tell you at proposal stage exactly who will work on your project.

Who we work with

Where our
work fits.

Our practices are domain-agnostic, but they earn the most in operations that generate a lot of transactional data and make frequent, repeatable decisions:

  • /Businesses automating operationsOrganisations replacing manual process with something auditable, or looking to grow on the strength of data they already hold.
  • /Corporates investing in AI or analyticsTeams with budget approved and no internal consensus yet on what to build first.
  • /Operations-heavy organisationsBusinesses and institutions replacing spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one system, including the education sector, where we have delivered end to end.
  • /Government agencies & development programmesDigitising records and building the monitoring and oversight reporting that follows.
  • /Startups building AI productsFounders who need senior engineering capacity to get a model-backed product to market.
  • /Professionals and teams building skillsIndividuals and organisations who need practical data capability rather than another certificate.
