Loreon Technologies Limited is a Nigerian technology company working from Abuja across software engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning and analytics — with a delivery process our clients can inspect and our people are trained on.
Origin
Why we
started.
We kept seeing the same two failures from opposite ends of the market.
At one end, large consultancies producing beautiful strategy documents that no one could implement. At the other, cheap development shops shipping code that worked on the demo and broke in the second month. In both cases the client paid, and the problem stayed.
Loreon was incorporated in August 2024 to work in the space between: strategic enough to tell you the truth about your data, and staffed to build the fix ourselves. We assembled a multidisciplinary team — engineering, machine learning, data, analytics, design — and put a documented delivery process around it, so quality comes from how we work rather than from who is assigned.
That has been the discipline ever since. Every project runs the same path: discovery, architecture review, costed plan, fortnightly iterations against a working environment, peer-reviewed code, automated tests, staged deployment, monitoring, then a structured handover. It is how a team of our size delivers across five service lines without dropping any of them.
The training practice came from the same observation. Every organisation we spoke to had the same second problem — nobody internally could maintain what a vendor had built. So we made capability transfer part of the product, and then opened it up as Loreon Academy.
